Japan Steel Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) will comply with the act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations with regard to the handling of personal information in the Company, we have established a privacy policy as follows and strive to carry out the proper handling of personal information.
The Company will collect personal information properly and legally as needed. The Company will use obtained personal information only for the following purposes and we will not use it for any other purpose unless otherwise agreed upon with the consent of the person.
- (1) For processing an order, making contact, sending of documents and information management relating to it.
- (2) To send greeting cards, invitations, etc. from the Company and for other forms of public relations, recruiting activities of the Company.
- (3) Other matters relating to the above purpose.
The Company will take the necessary, appropriate measures for the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and will manage it. And the Company will properly supervise employees with respect to the handling of personal information. If we entrust the handling of personal information to contractors, we will oversee them so as to manage the personal information appropriately.
The company will not disclose personal information to third parties unless otherwise agreed upon with the prior consent of the person or provided for in laws and regulations.
In case disclosure, correction, and discontinuance, deletion, etc. of personal information that our office retains are requested from a person, the Company will appropriately deal with them in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law after we confirm that the requester is the said person.
